Reviews: What People Think About Pixel Flow!

This is a great game that has lots of potential. If you can get by playing the same puzzles over and over again to allow the developer time to release new ones this one is a totally different concept than what is out there for other games. I’m over level 600 right now and still playing and hoping that the developer comes out with new ones again soon. Love the new puzzles that came out some of them are more challenging than the first ones so keep them coming.

I was really enjoying this game but i've come to a complete halt in the middle of the game because at the time that I'm writing this review, level 43 is textbook definition impossible without using some sort of boost because you need a certain color to release the keys to unlock other color shooters but you are not given enough resources to destroy the blocks around the keys before you get softlocked by having no way to continue. The color shooters are not randomized with each restart either, so there is no way around it. It wouldn't be an issue if I had enough coins to buy a booster, but I do not, and there is no way to earn coins in the game other than completing levels or using real money! Obviously I can't earn coins by completing levels if the level that I'm on is impossible to beat, and it should absolutely not be a requirement to spend money in order to continue with the game. Very disappointing.

It's around level 200 that I started seeing repeat, or at least very similar, levels. Then 209 happened, where you quite literally cannot get past without power ups (which you can pay real money for). Luckily the game is easy enough for you to build up a few in game without pay by the time you get there and it's challenging enough that I didn't get bored. Unfortunately though (especially if you didn't have those power ups or used them earlier), well, the game just cannot help itself from being a free-to-play mobile game (a monetization haven). Edit: It's now level 225. I haven't seen a new or different level in 25 levels. I have gotten bored, I guess that's the end of my time with this game.
About Pixel Flow!
Conveyor’s ready, pigs are on standby. Tap to send a pig onto the conveyor so it rains balls onto pixel cubes of its own color. The number above its head is its ammo: that’s how many hits it makes. Run out and it leaves the stage; if not, it slips into one of the 5 waiting slots and, when you tap again, it jumps back on the conveyor to fire another round.
The conveyor has a capacity—push past the limit and you’ll need to wait. Send them in the right order, manage the flow, and hit the cubes to clear the board piece by piece. Simple mechanic, sticky loop: tap → flow → repeat.
Highlights
One-tap control: Quick sessions, easy one-handed play.
Color matching: Pigs only hit their own color—no target-picking hassle.
Conveyor capacity: Timing and queue management add a bite-size strategy layer.
5 waiting slots: Stack, sort, and launch at the perfect moment.
Short but “one more round” feel: Perfect for micro-breaks.
Satisfying pixel cleanup: Every hit leaves the board feeling crisp.
For anyone who loves fast action-puzzles, timing, and flow management. The pigs are ready. The cubes… not so much.
