I got it for my daughter’s car who just recently started driving. I thought it was going to give me some peace of mind being that it would give me notifications of speeding, accidents, etc. It was the total opposite, it kept sending me notifications that the car was involved in a collision. At first I would freak out but then I drove the car my self and realized it was doing it every time I would step on the gas to accelerate or if I stepped on the breaks harshly. Then I started ignoring the notification and checking the app, I realized that it was defeating the purpose. Also the car started giving malfunction warnings lights. I did read that on the reviews prior to purchasing it but didn’t think that would have been related to the tracker. Now I’m convinced it is because the lights come in but the car does not malfunction. I unplugged it and canceled my subscription.

Very versatile app but it takes time and patience to learn how to get what I need to know. I wish the push alert when he’s leaving the geo zone was louder and more attention grabbing somehow. If it can be given a ring tone of its own, I haven’t discovered that yet!

You can’t keep the app open long enough to use it. The app keeps crashing. It keeps timing out the session and you need a 1 time password sent to email to log back in each time. Even after 1 minute of being logged in and navigating through the app it will log you out and you have to sign back in. No easy way to stay signed in. This app is junk.
