So happy I found this FREE fasting app that is so easy to use and fun. I really appreciate that I can select between the different fasting schedules as well as I can edit a fast at any given time. Thank you!! 😇

I really like finding apps that are free, no iaps, no ads, and no data collection! You can also tell that the developer of this app very much cares in general. This is the only truly free fasting app I’ve found that includes configurable notifications for each section of a fast. The only thing I could wish for at this point is support for widgets. Thank you for this app developer :)
