2nd time I rented and possibly the last, they’re only attentive and helpful when you want to rent a car but the moment you rent a car everything’s goes bad, customer service is is unhelpful or take a long time to respond and even when they respond they always offer the same garbage scripted apology basically telling you they can’t do anything, I rented a vehicle that didn’t even match 50% of the pictures posted on their app, told them about it and said they couldn’t do anything to help me out, didn’t even offer me another vehicle or any other options, as much as this is as easy as using TURO, they’re very unprofessional and sometimes not worth the hassle.
