App has a lot of potential…but also has lots of issues. The AI Coach feature is kind of cool…well, except for two issues…(1) it’s a perpetual conversation that never ends…the AI just keeps making statements (Helpful), but always followed by a question. So it never ends. But…(2) if you end the conversation and come back later to talk to one of the AI coaches, that feature is locked on a screen that has the last AI comment with a big blue button at the bottom that say “Resume”…but it does nothing…it never lets you resume or start over. The only way to use that feature is to delete the app and re-download. Turning off phone, swiping the app closed, nothing else works. The App leads you to believe it will help break goals down into smaller steps…but it a bit unclear how you really get started on a truly specific goal…or goals. The app asks minimal questions at the beginning and doesn’t seem to have a place you can add all of you goals and tackle them as you go or he’ll break them down or track them. It’s all quite broad and generic…like “stop procrastinating”…rather than “clean out the fridge”. I thought it would take that specific task and break it down…determine the purpose for each area of the fridge…clear items from the top shelf…remove shelf and clean…return shelf…etc. I could go on…but who has time…lots of potential, but with the bugs and the generic nature of it…it is currently more frustrating than useful.
Before this app, my biggest problem wasn’t lack of ambition. It was overthinking. I would plan, research; cọmpare options, watch videos, read advice, and still not move. I had ten different strategies in my head and zero action. It was exhausting. What surprised me about this app is how simple it makes everything. I open it and there’s one clear step. Not five. Not a long lesson. Just one thing to focus on today. That structure alone helped calm my mind. I stopped spiraling about the perfect way to build confidence or charisma and started actually practicing small behaviors in real life. Within weeks, I felt lighter, less stuck in analysis mode, and more present in conversations. I don’t replay every interaction in my head anymore. I just show up, do the step, and move on. For someone who lives in her head, that’s huge.
I’ve done confidence workshops and read the books, but I never really changed. This app is different because it doesn’t overwhelm you. It gives you one clear thing to focus on each day, based on your personality and goals. For me, it was mostly about presence and cọmmunication. After a month, I noticed I wasn’t apologizing for everything anymore. I speak more clearly and don’t rush my words. My manager even cọmmented that I seem more confident in meetings. The voice coaching feature has been surprisingly helpful when I need a quick reset before something important. I genuinely feel more charismatic, but in a natural way that still feels like me
