You can tell the app is still being worked on, HOWEVER, even how it is, it made me lose 10lb in a week, and there’s many recipes to choose from, improvements will be needed but their support team answered my email promptly and in a helpful way! Looking forward to finish my journey! 15more lb to go!
The price is absolutely fair, I paid 50$ for a year and gave me quicker results than what certain “medication” promises . So I can’t really complain! The diet is basically a strict no carb diet, HOWEVER the fact that there ai that keeps you accountable I think it’s a game changer to keep your on track.

I like this app, personally because you have an AI coach with you 24/7. But it’s super glitchy. The streak button goes off constantly, and won’t stop. Macros aren’t tracked properly. Tracks every protein you eat to be 20g even if it’s not. You can’t go in and change your meal/marcos your ai person has to. That being said, I did lose 3 lbs in my first week and I’m happy.
