The What’s happening app helps me clear my head and get my thoughts out verbally. Being able to speak into the app and it listens feels like I have a friend who is there for me. It doesn’t only listen it prompts me to dig deeper with follow up questions after I do a journal entry. I love the way it organizes and files all of my journal entries in a way I can look back on things easily. After my sessions I feel so good and clear headed. I truly look forward to using this app. You can type your entry or use the voice option which is my favorite because I haven’t been able to get into journaling by way of writing so the voice option works so well for me. It’s so easy to use and they keep adding more features which is great. At the end of the week they send you a personalized song written for you based on your journal entries. This has been an insanely helpful way for me to reflect on my life and nearly brings tears to my eyes when I listen.
