I am extremely frustrated with the Brello app and, more importantly, the lack of support in getting a very obvious account issue resolved. When I downloaded the app, it recognized me, but it pulled in a canceled subscription and incorrect medication order/dosage. Because of this, the medication information and tracking in the app are incorrect. I reported the issue and provided screenshots showing exactly what the app is displaying. I have repeatedly tried to get technical support to help, but I keep getting emails asking me to explain the problem again rather than having someone actually investigate the account. I was even told by customer service that their system shows that I don't have an active account, despite the app recognizing me and displaying my personal information and medication plan. How can these systems not be communicating with each other? Someone attempted to call me, but when I answered, there was no response. I have tried repeatedly to get someone to call me back, without success. At this point, I don't need another email asking me to explain the problem. I need someone from IT/technical support to actually look at my account and fix the underlying issue. It's incredibly frustrating to pay for a service and then be unable to use the app correctly because of an account synchronization issue that Brello has been unable—or unwilling—to resolve. Very disappointing customer service and support.
Things did not start out well. I paid for the program and supplies. I did not receive my supplies for a long time. I even thought I had a fraudulent situation. Finally, I received my supplies. I started my program, and for approx. 3 months I did not loose an ounce. I was told to hang in there, it will kick in. I was very skeptical but I kept going. I began to see the scale move down. I stuck with it because almost daily I was seeing with my own eyes, my scales were going down a little at a time. As a today, I have lost 57lbs. The boots I have had for some time (never been able to zip them all the way up), I am now able to zip them all the way up and there is plenty of room left! For the first time in years, I am able to cross my legs like a lady. The loss of weight off my knees and feet has totally ceased the total knee replacement I was planning. I can get on the floor and play with my grandchildren. Basically, Brello has given me my life back. I AM NOT OVER EXAGGERATING. I have tried so many things to loose weight. Starving, eating boiled eggs and hotdogs, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, low carb, etc. This has been the most fantastic weight loss experience ever. I have gone from 233 to 181lbs. When I say I have not changed anything, I mean no exercise, no huge amounts of water and I eat WHATEVER I want. The thing about this program is the Tri. takes the feeling of hunger away (not totally though), it also has helped me withstand the temptations to “join in”when everyone else is eating cake and ice cream! Friends, this is a winner! Thank you Brello!
I do like the app when it is working the last few times I’ve tried to login throughout the week. I was having some difficulties today. Everything has worked perfectly fine but I do hope they get those glitches fixed. Overall I do like the app. I just wish that it would work consistently. I will give another review an update in a couple of weeks or so.
