Terrible app. Been trying for days and days to sign up and have been unable to complete ID verification due to bugs and errors with the verification tool. Support is outsourced to another company that is borderline unresponsive. When they do respond, the support agents don’t know how to fix any issue, even simple ones. Stay far away, just use Coinbase or Kraken honestly.

Please, don’t risk signing up for this app. Customer support is inept, some of the worst I’ve ever interacted with. My account stopped working due to a glitch / technical error, and support is unable to do anything. They take days at a time to respond to messages, and each time they respond, it’s a new agent. The agents don’t read previous messages in the conversation, and continue to repeat the same false info. Just like AI. My account lasted a few weeks before becoming broken. Don’t let your money get trapped here.

Simple. Set it and forget it, or buy when you feel like it with a simple platform. Liking it.
