I have audhd and have tried pacing systems but don’t really understand my energy. This app has helped so much. I wish there was a widget though!
I love the concept so far. However, the insights are pretty shallow. It doesn’t seem to take into account any data from the Inner World or assessment input which is strange and a missed opportunity. It just feels like the app is still in progress.
