The short breathing exercises the app has always lowers my stress and allows me to really focus on my goals, this app WILL help you achieve the best version of yourself.
I struggle a lot personally with organizing my thoughts a lot of the times and I believe this app is perfect for those who feel overwhelmed or stressed out in life, looking to make sense of their thoughts. For me, I enjoyed the various prompts that force me to focus on one specific topic deeply matched with the meditation feature so I can reflect on my day and what I felt. Since this is an app, all of this information is then stored for me to look at so I can track how I am developing over time. Overall, really good stuff and hopeful for the future of this app’s development.
