Really shady business practices - on their website it says they’re in every state but they don’t alert you that they have a bunch of regulations in place before you enter money in. You can add money to ur rock wallet in mass for example but you can’t do anything with it - no swap trade send etc. it’s locked. Avoid at all costs

This rocket seems to be going into the ground. ACH doesn’t work with CapitalOne checking. Support clearly using AI to respond to your questions. Can’t fix the problem and suggests using a credit card to fund the account. Ridiculous!

I like the new app what I don’t like is that I had to leave small amounts in the wallet just to move it to another wallet
