I usually don’t write reviews but I just lost $50 and didn’t retrieve anything that I had lost. I scanned my iPhone and it said I had over 1,000 images and videos that had been deleted to retrieve but in order to get them I needed to go to the website. I go to the website and the only option is to download the desktop version. I do that, but the results are VERY different than what my phone said. I could only retrieve items currently in my deleted folder, which I don’t need help with. I sent multiple emails to supports and when I finally got one, they didn’t even answer my questions or had, so it sounded automated. Never got another reply when I sent a follow up. Waste of money and time I spent trying to figure it out. Save yours!
I payed for the monthly subscription and it said I had over 1k of deleted photos and videos and when I tried to open them it never loaded. I tried multiple times and then when I tried to contact customer support over a dozen times begging for help they sent repeated automated email replies not even answering any questions and stating that I didn’t pay and was using the “free trial” when in all the emails I provided proof of purchase with my receipt sent by them and activation number yet again they sent the same automated message. When I tried to call the number it went right to voicemail and I never got through then finally after weeks I got an email stating that they would cancel my monthly subscription and that if I wanted a refund I would have to pay an “additional non refunded fee” I lost pictures of my loved one and was just trying to retrieve them and this company scammed me and made this whole process more stressful.
Found photos that weren't even showing up in phone and iCloud. They were hidden in an older iCloud archive maybe. So happy to have them back.
