MUY BÁSICA
MUY BÁSICA-Debe mantener la información que ofrece, pero con más detalle, y las “solicitudes” de constancias y certificados deberían ser automáticas (cargadas por sistema en la aplicación) y no gestionadas como solicitadas a un funcionario por mail (si no, no tiene sentido la app). Resumen: como mínimo ofrecer la misma información y servicios que “servicios en línea” y además, funciones de gestión (declaraciones, constancias, certificados, etc.) estandarizadas de inicio a fin del proceso en la propia app.
