Plus 1: Plans First Social App

I just got the app. Such a great concept and looking forward to first plus1 event. However, the app needs stricter filtering on the activities they allow to be posted — in just a few minutes I can see the feed cluttered with people posting asking to be taken to a World Cup game (I.e. a date), or on a yacht, or a canvasser for a club. Beyond that, there are also a lot of “flexible watch parties” or “TBD date happy hours” posted — they are not actual planned at an exact location and date, where they are looking for a plus one. I’m going to keep giving it a try and will adjust the review accordingly, but all of the above are reasons why I’d easily abandon the app. A lot of those posts either need to be not allowed or there should be a filter to remove those out.

I’ve been using Plus 1, and my experience has been really fun and practical. I haven’t had to waste hours on endless dating chats; instead, I’ve been able to connect with people more personally and quickly. I love that the app focuses on fun activities you can do while getting to know someone, which makes everything feel more authentic and enjoyable. I totally recommend it!
