Please improve the app. Unable to do advance booking a day before, only able to book on actual day. On actual day at times there is no bus available at the timeslot.

I tried to book a ride going to Boonlay mrt station waited for a long time and didn’t get any confirmation then i tried again total 4 times still can’t get confirmation or notification from them. When i checked the booking history it showed 4 cancelled booking and charge me total of $20. 3 booking cost $4 each & 1 cost $8 (tried for 2 passenger). now i don’t know if i can refund it. how could that happened to charge me without confirmation from them. it was not a good experience. maybe error from their system.

I booked 12:15pm bus for the following day. But next day when I came to pick up point and opened the app, just found the pick up time has been silently changed to 13:00 without prior notice. Totally unimaginable.
