Finally public sector app that looks good and does the basics well, unfortunately the app is slow to navigate, feels heavy on the UX, and missing some native features such as linking tickets to Apple Wallet for easy access.
Also please fix how the app resets many of its settings after updating (asking to login again, and losing the file and calendar permissions).

I appreciate the app, the UI is well done, a little bit more work on the UX.
But still missing a lot, I guess the Beta didnt go through real daily life scenarios. Like renewing the subscription where there’s a bug once ur subscription expires u cant add the new one nor buy a ticket except if u delete the app. The need to login every time is painful.
Also picking ur seat made a little bit hard when u can’t tell if it’s available instantly.
Work on these and my 5 stars are granted.

Very good app, but there’s an important missing feature! When making a payment, you have to enter your credit card information every time. There should be an option to save the card or allow users to buy credit in advance to use for future purchases. Also, there’s no option to renew the subscription. I’ll give 5 stars once these important features are added.
