This app is a breath of fresh air. Notifications feel like a warm reminder to be thankful for the snippets of good that pop up in this chaos. I got different journal/mindfulness apps but this is the one I’ve been consistent with. From someone who likes shiny new things, but has stayed with this app, you need it too. Trust me.
I can see the care the development has put into this app. The prompts are warm and thought provoking. I can see myself using this app on a regular basis. Well done, Sunbeam.
Been using the app for about a week. I appreciate the simplicity and ease of the app. The prompts are very easy to respond to and there are a variety of topics, but all allow you to pause and reflect on the simple joys of life. I do wish there were different fonts, or ways to add pictures to prompt, but I do recommend!
