Download and worked for 1 or 2 downloads and asked for purchase subscription so I paid and after that it will not work. Keeps asking for subscription and when I click on restore it say I don’t have one. Then I click on the purchase subscription again it tells me I already have one.

I purchased a $20 annual membership. The app is not reading or acknowledging or activating the annual membership. I reached out to Customer Service they emailed me back and told me to message them on telegram or WhatsApp I proceeded to say I did not have this and I would just like activate my account or refund me. It was like talking to a child and the last email just said sorry all because I wouldn’t download a new app to talk to them so they stole my money and did not activate my account. It is a complete waste of $20. They stole money from me and I will do my best to make sure I get it back.

Great app has a few commercials, but it’s worth it to download all the Facebook videos you like
