Om Home Studio has become an essential part of my nightly routine. My absolute favorite feature is the timed sound healing—it’s incredibly soothing. I play it while I meditate before bed, and every time, I notice how much clearer my head feels afterward. My sleep has become noticeably more restful and deep. The app is beautifully designed, easy to use, and offers a peaceful, distraction-free experience. You can tell a lot of care and intention went into creating it.

I’ve tried several wellness apps over the years, but this one stands out for its thoughtful blend of breathing exercises, guided yoga flows, and meditations. Whether you’re looking to start your day with energy, unwind after work, or simply carve out a moment of stillness, this app offers something for every state of mind.

As someone who has struggled with yoga and meditation outside of a class setting, this app has been a GAME CHANGER!!!! There are so many videos to choose from and the flows are so engaging. Everything is user friendly and aesthetically pleasing and Jacqueline is an amazing teacher who takes you on so many adventures, all bringing you back to self!!! I’m so happy to have this as part of my daily routine :)
