Bird Identifier: BirdScope

I am a beginner just trying to get into bird watching. I love bird song and observing nature. This app is wonderful, I can take pictures of birds or an audio recording of bird song and it will analyze and tell me what bird it is. I find that it has been correct every time so far. It tells you all about the species and it also includes a cool bird of the day part! If you’re a nature lover, looking to get into bird watching, or just simply curious to learn more about birds this is a great app for that! It has become apart of my daily life. I enjoy my morning lemon water while journaling and learning about the bird songs I can hear.

I have recently been interested in identifying birds in my area and discovered this app and found it to be very helpful! My only requested feature would be to be able to look at the photos I have taken in the app in my collection. It only shows a preview of the photo but I don’t see a way to click back in to make it full size. Other than that it’s great!

Purchase this to validate my siding of different birds I actually took pictures that were really blurry of birds that I already knew what they were to test this app and it’s right on target. Makes it a lot quicker to verify what I am seeing. Provides a venue for recording sightings without having to “write my hands off”- great for people in with disabled hands from working too much. Lowered the star rating. I’m getting really clear shots of birds and all of a sudden not identifying anything even it’s own screenshot of a bird ticket from your site.
