I wasn’t sure if I would like the app before installing it, but afterwards, I can easily see this being my primary weather app moving forward. It’s simple, clean, and gives me the right amount of weather information I desire. The Apple Intelligence integration that provides the summary at your convenience is spot on. Job well done and kudos to the developer.

A straightforward weather app that doesn't try to be too smart. No tracking, no bloat, just weather.
What makes it different?
Dumb Weather actually tells you when the day’s high and low temperatures will happen, because knowing it’ll be 90° at 6am hits different than 90° at 4pm.

• Hourly forecast
• High & low temperature times
• "Feels like" temperature, wind speed/direction, precipitation, cloud cover, and humidity
• Compares current high/low against historical averages
