In my experience with the app subscription, this is most likely a scam and most likely ran by AI. I found 3 leases in OK that I was interested in so I paid the subscription in order to contact the owner. After multiple attempts and scheduling a meeting through the app, I have yet to receive a single response and it’s been a month. I have contacted customer support via email because apparently there is no phone number. In emails I requested cancelation, refund, and to speak to a human. What I got was what seems like an AI response email that says they can cancel but non refundable. Still never spoke to a human. This seems like ghost listings to make their platform look appealing and to get you to pay the “non refundable” subscription. As for the AI responses, I’m sure their AI will respond to this review the same way it has on the other negative reviews. BEWARE IS ALL I CAN RECOMMEND

This app is very user friendly and easy to use. If you’re looking to lease land now, or just seeing what might be available the app is great. Search your local area or look at what is available elsewhere at the click of the button. I used the app to find an out of state turkey hunt and killed a huge double beard gobbler last spring! This winter I’ve been using it to find some property for a hunt out west next fall. Seems like they are adding more and more properties by the week as well.

The app is really well done. It has search features to quickly narrow your search for what you are interested in such as searching by state and county, price, etc. At the same time, there’s not so much detail that it’s overwhelming. It’s intuitive and easy to use.
