The Cape app is available to any Admin, Accountant or Employee user in your organisation.

As an Admin user, you’ll have on the go access to:

- Your own card balance and spending
- Your company's total balance and available credit, broken down by each employee
- All card management options - activate, freeze or replace your card at any time
- PIN reminders

And, company employees can:

- Track their card balance and available credit
- Add notes to transactions to provide context to your finance team
- Manage their card - activate, freeze or replace it
- Check their physical card PIN at any time

Plus, you’ll never have to worry about out of policy spending again. With built in spend controls and card limits, we’ll automatically enforce your company's expense policy - empowering your employees to use their corporate cards and reducing the burden of managing reimbursements.
