Learny: Daily Microlearning

If I could give this app, no stars, I would first of all it start with the app itself and my subscription. I had made a subscription purchase for a week to test the app and what not however I was never allowed to login. I tried every other option I Tried multiple different ways of logging in and even when as far as contacting Support, which was even a greater disappointment. Not only was not able to login, but I also never got the chance to utilize the app and never got a refund based on the negligence on their end. Once I contacted Support and let them know the situation day didn’t do anything to rectify the situation like even reinstating my week that I have paid for due to the implications at hand, but they pretty much said they don’t issue a refund because it’s in their policy. I would totally understand that if it was something on my end, but the fact that I couldn’t login at all would be a malfunction on their end and so I feel like I should’ve been able to get at least the week that I paid for once they were able to provide me the ability to login either way this is the worst app the worst customer service that I’ve ever had and I highly recommend you stay far away from this App and anything made from this producer
