I signed up for a 3-day free trial of this app on June 3rd and canceled immediately the same day. However, on June 5th, they still charged me the full yearly subscription fee without my consent. The app didn’t work properly — it showed inaccurate data and was basically useless. I even have a screen recording proving this.
I contacted Apple support, my bank, and even the app’s support team through Google Docs, but no one has responded or helped with a refund. Both Apple and my bank denied my refund claim. It’s very frustrating and unfair.
I see many other users have had the same problem. This app is misleading and dishonest. Be careful before subscribing!

I signed up for the FREE 3 day trial but canceled within a few hours of downloading the app. The following day I was charged for a full annual subscription! This was even within the 3 day free trial! I submitted a claim to request a refund twice and was denied both times. In addition, the app doesn’t even work! I opened it three days in a row and it doesn’t even not display all data- it just spins forever. I need my refund!

I did loaded this app, payed for it. It said about over 1k people that unfollow me. But when I click on individual profiles. They are actually following me back. It isn’t accurate at all. Wish I could get my ten dollars back. It’s a scan. Do not download!
