I love practically everything there is to love about Ebony & Ivory (I've been to 2 of the 3 locations and love them both), but I get so frustrated on their app when they say to note the flavor syrup or cold foam in a note but don't provide a place to do it! I just always have to hope that they'll notice who is ordering and be able to figure it out before I get there, or I have to call and update them or wait to get there to clear up any confusion. As a company and a coffee shop: FIVE STARS! As an app: TWO 😔 (Also, the options aren't consistent between drink types, as there are different syrup flavor options depending which drink you choose, whether a flavored latte, a vanilla chai, etc, and how they are listed....)
