Pessima app e peggioramento drastico servizio A22
La app ha registrazione macchiavellica, infinite policy da scorrere e accettate, e nessun SSO Apple/Google/altro. Usabilità da android di una deca fa. Ma soprattutto, NON C’È PIÙ CONVENZIONE SHELL CARD!!’ Le flotte aziendali non ricaricano con singole app una per ogni rete. Sono dovuto uscire per caricare, dopo tre tentativi in tre diverse stazioni. In queste condizioni, la A22 diventa tabù. Ridicolo, in Austria e Germania anche il caricatore delle malghe è convenzionato. Nel mio caso, l’intero Trentino-AltoAdige diventano impraticabili. Se lo scopo era sabotare la mobilità sostenibile: well done! 😎

Bloccano 51 € senza restituirli a fine ricarica
Su 5 tentativi solo 2 sono andati a buon fine ma solo dopo 2 interruzioni a pochi secondi dall’avvio. Con il risultato di trovarmi bloccati sulla carta 255€ non restituiti a fine ricarica e ancora bloccati dopo 2 giorni. Bocciata .

Mi sono sempre trovato bene a ricaricare, se ci sono stati dei problemi chiamando il numero del servizio A22 mi ha sempre risolto il problema. Bravi
