This is one of the best if not the best nutrient/calorie tracking app I have used. The features are amazing and I love how clean the design is. Also very easy to use. The only two things I would critique are that I wish it showed how many calories you have left for the day in the total calories. I know you can do the math, but seeing it really puts things into perspective. Also, I do not like how this beta daily score is plastered at the top, front and center. Idc about this random number and I think it’s in the way.
I've tried a lot of nutrition tracking apps, but this one really stands out. The way it tracks vitamins and minerals is super intuitive—no more guessing if I’m getting enough magnesium or vitamin D. I also really like that its data comes straight from the USDA, and you know you can trust what you’re logging. The app also makes it really easy to stay consistent, which is usually the hardest part with these kinds of tools. Logging feels seamless, and for once I’ve actually been sticking with it instead of getting frustrated and giving up after a few days. Super excited to see what updates and features come next, but even as it is, Microgram has already been such a game-changer!
This app is amazing! I never had a solution for tracking my intake of protein, vitamins & minerals, and other nutrients in one place — with Microgram I finally do! The interface is very intuitive for someone not as tech savvy, and I now have a way to monitor the nutrients I’m missing. With this info, I have added supplements and whole foods to replace my missing daily Vitamin A, K and C intake, and I have noticed a huge improvement in energy levels. It has also helped me lose fat and add muscle as a compliment to my workout routine (3 days a week). I cannot recommend the app enough for a true lifestyle improvement!
