Very good platform with lots of cool cars, but the instructions for handing over and return is slightly confusing. For example, do drivers need to take photos during return? I didn’t figure out still even the order is complete, and also since I am using the English version, some strange bug is present. 英語版のバグたまにあります。日本語版のユーザーとやり取りする時はトラブルが発生するかもしれないのでそこは要注意。他は問題ありません。

I have 17 years of experience in another country and 1,5 years in Japan with rental on Anyca, orix and times car rental every weekend with no accidents. Passed the exam 1st try and ready to give you money for the service!! Why did you add limitation to users with less than 3 years of drivers license in Japan, this does not make any sense. Give owners an ability to decide to give or not to give their cars based on conversations with customers. Open messages and if owner agrees - he can open inquiries. I still rent from people i met on your platform before limitation using direct messages on line, so you are losing money which should have been earned through your app.

貸し出しした際にパンクしたらしく非対面での返却であった為すぐに確認できませんでした。運営会社に問い合わせしようにも電話番号の記載が無く大変困りました。 後でメールが来ましたがパンクは保証の対象外との事。 非対面はやはりダメですね。
