Where Is? Find Hidden Objects

I love this game, but have had some issues throughout. No app support, level up transition issues, redownloading app to start again at level 1. Hopefully I hear back from the message I sent to their website’s contact form ASAP before I get too frustrated and deleted it altogether. After checking on Facebook, I learned nobody else can get app support assistance for this game nor have heard back from anyone when trying to reach out either.

if like me you are here because you get credit in another app for playing, this game is impossible to play past a certain point. it requires 1900 endgame coins for basic boosts such as adding 20 seconds or finding a small number of items on the screen. There’s only one mode of play as far as I can tell, which is finding three objects at a time in order to clear them from the board. If you accidentally click another object while panning right, left, up or down, that object fills your bar at the bottom and you will often run out of space despite not trying to add the item because you cannot make a three item. The ads come frequently and are inescapable, even if you have already watched one ad in order for it to tell you “you’re out of time” you have to watch a second ad to get to the home screen immediately after losing a life. The amount of ink I have earned in the Tapas app after playing for 3 to 4 days is negligible. You are also required to watch an ad if you even temporarily are not on the game screen. So do not try to change your brightness mid game. Do not receive a call mid game. Do not do anything mid game, and remember that only some of the items on the screen are items you should be clicking on. there’s not a lot of time so maybe take screenshots and circle things before coming back and knocking items off the list.” I genuinely wonder if they made a whole dollar off of my ad watching because I think I earned less than that worth of ink while playing. I would only recommend this game for people who can’t find other hidden object games in the store and are willing to pay 10+ USD for eight varied hints.

Okay I love playing the game, however the main problem is I completed level 4/6 on chapter 23. I found all of the items, but then the timer just kept going. I even screenshotted it, and tried editing out of app and even trying it on/off WiFi and I had to redo the level 2x to no avail. I then deleted app because maybe there was a new update. As soon as I pressed restore purchases (bought the add free one) the button was completely useless. Didn’t do nothing, I sent an email but no one ever responded. Now for the game itself, hate that when I trendy the level after a break from the game. It counts down and then I lose a life. So I essentially only ever have 4 lives. Also some of the times are ridiculous for the amount of items you need to find. And if you purchase with real money, each timer is only 20 seconds. I wanted to love this game, but it seems like they are just looking for a way to make money. Also no clue if they have plans uploading past to chapter 25? I would be willing to try again if I can restore what level I was on and the purchases I made. Oh and the costs of everything. I would have to complete 140 levels if I wanted to get a hint. Even with the add purchase I only get 10 after finishing a level. Yes at the final end of the chapter you get 100. But even choosing the with add options (100 coins) you would have to do that 14 times. I am understanding paying for something’s, but I think completing a chapter should be 1,500 coins at least. We worked hard we deserve to get a chance for help the next round.
