This is an amazing app and is the only one that I have ever found to be easy to stick to. I love the nutrient/vitamin tracking, how I can put my shopping list in it (even non food items). It has widgets so I don’t have to go in the app to know where I stand for the day. It really does make tracking so incredibly easy. Personally, I feel like it subtly encourages me to make good choices without it telling me what to do. Totally worth the subscription. Highly recommend!

Finally an exercise app that doesn’t have ads. Does it have to do with probably. I started with the 7 day trail, so I liked the app. Very please with its food suggestions, the layout and how it is formatted. No complaints. It appears that the Customer support has a twenty four hour responds time, that is great too! I have recommended this app to a friend as well. So far I like this app and I hope that it continues to be AD free!

Takes in account all choices and lifestyles before determining the best course of action for your health!! Love this part. Very easy and quick to log your foods in, allowing you to pick custom or already existing food/recipes. The AI coach has recommended questions if you’re not sure where to start asking and gives in depth responses. If you’re looking for everything a wellness-diet-calorie-tracking app could have, it’s all right here for you to use!! Highly recommend
