The app is good however u use it at yout own risk. Considering they dont have an active customer service where you can lobby your concern. Sure there is this thing they put “contact us” but you cant even receive any response from them. Recently encountered some problem with this app, although it involves small amount but still it is important. Been messaging them since last night, having a hard time locating if they have some customer service but i guess they dont have one. Tried messaging their fb page but to no avail no respond from it. If I were to ask, you use this at your own risk. I wont recommend it if youll ask me if ill recommend it since theyvdont have customer service, its the most important one. Im annoyed about how a small problem, they cant resolve it. Yeah, i will be uninstalling the app and whatever, sainyo na na ang amount na gi-charge nyo twice sa akoa. Poor customer service. Dont expect.

The drivers are picky and would cancel with unjustifiable reasons.

I just downloaded the app and it was working fine at first. But after a few minutes, I couldn’t set the pin for my drop-off location anymore. Earlier, it was working— I even saw a motorcycle on the map. But when I tried to book, I suddenly couldn’t pin my drop-off location. I think it’s a bug because my internet is fast and working well. I already deleted the app and re-downloaded it, and even refreshed it, but it’s still not working
