This app works well, but there are a few features that would make it even better. I’d love the ability to import and export recordings for more flexibility. Apple Watch support for starting and stopping recordings would be helpful—I didn’t realize it was still recording the first time I used it. Editing speaker names, transcripts, and to-dos would be great for correcting any inaccuracies. Additionally, integrating to-dos with Apple Reminders would make it easier to track tasks since it’s a checklist. Lastly, dark mode support would improve the overall user experience. Hoping to see these features in a future update!

I have used all the popular ones in the market. I have a lot of brainstorming sessions and product planning sessions. None of the other tools summarize them as good as wat YapNote does. I would say the other tools come to may be 70% of what this can do at twice the cost and half the limit. I am impressed how well this app is being implemented. Kudos to the team for making this app as simple and most effective as possible.

I have tried another program and constantly had errors, losing the information. I have used this several times in different settings and it is very reliable. Gives great usable summaries. If you are in meetings often, this is a must!
