Terrible service and app
When I got the device it worked well. I ignored some reviews that hinted to what I’m saying and now I’m paying the price. The product stopped working with one app, the next app (pro) happened to work fine. Now they’ve shut down all the ThinkCar apps for the “DollarFix” app. It’s filled with bugs and won’t let me read OBD2 values or update firmware. Support gave me the run around for WEEKS and finally said “Your device has been used for more than half a year, so a refund is not available.” I’ll never associate with this brand again.
