I downloaded Lunar Guide feeling a bit skeptical—kind of like when you try a fitness tracking app and think, “Okay, how much can this really help?” But I was genuinely surprised by how awesome this app is. It has a ton of features while still being super easy to navigate. It’s also incredibly informative; I’ve learned so much in just a few weeks that I never knew before. I’m more clear headed, more present, and enjoy using cannabis more than I did before. I feel like I’m getting the most out of it now. One of my favorite apps!
Luna Guide feels like it was made by someone who actually understands intentional cannabis use. There’s no guilt, no pressure to quit, and no overwhelming charts or data—just simple, reflective tools that help you notice patterns and stay aware of your relationship with cannabis over time. I especially love the moon-cycle approach to tolerance. It’s intuitive, visual, and surprisingly grounding. Logging sessions is quick and easy, and the focus on how you actually feel—not just what or how much you used—makes this feel more like a mindfulness practice than a tracker. The app doesn’t tell you what to do or shame you into changes. It simply reflects what’s happening and gently supports better awareness and balance. The privacy-first design is also a huge plus. If you already use cannabis and want to be more intentional, present, and informed about your habits—without judgment—this app is absolutely worth it. Calm, respectful, and refreshingly human.
Surprisingly this app really helped me tamper my smoking. Monitoring when and how much I smoked was not something I did before. But once I got into the rhythm of monitoring my habit I was able to figure out how to smoke less while still keeping the benefits. This app also is helpful in that it ties you into a celestial rhythm that makes sense. You dont have to figure out the tempo of your habit because its already built in and tied to the moon.
