The app itself is fine. What do I think is wrong? There needs to be a bigger “flag” to notify the user of an inbound message. The buyer only gets notifications by email or sms and not via the App. When the seller changes the viewing date/time, the buyer can only see this via email/sms. It would help is the Buyer has a list of the properties they’re viewing and their respective status. The device to device message Function is superb and works really well. I feel this is the safest and most effective way to communicate with the Buyer and reschedule viewings.
I can manage my property sale all in one place. Much easier for booking viewings and messaging viewers direct. I can also track how much interest my property is getting and how many people are looking at the advert online.
The original app had all sorts of issues. It worked but barely. They seem to have replaced with something that looks marginally better, but most of the original functionality is gone.
