I downloaded this after seeing the developer post it on Reddit. I love the idea and most of it works pretty well but bouncing around trying to figure out how to add a meal penalty or parking reimbursement or mileage was kinda confusing with the whole “expenses” section not being tied to a specific invoice. The most frustrating part of the process though is that the calculation for payment is not correct. I put my rate in and a guaranteed 12 hours and instead of it properly creating a line item for an 8 hour rate plus 4 hours of 1.5x OT, it treats my day rate as the 8 hour rate, which completely defeats the purpose of the automated calculations. The entire point of the guaranteed hours section is to automate the process of calculating your hourly rate and OT and meal penalties. They really need to fix this because it’s the only reason to use this app. Also there should be a section added to input your direct deposit info that can just be imported any time you make a new invoice and want it written on the document. Good luck!
Very easy to use. No complaints. A few tweaks I would suggest is the role that I say I am should be added to the list of roles available when I add a job. Also if I can search my contacts and select multiple, instead of selecting one by one. That would be great. Other than that, this app is pretty solid!
