GrowMe: Discipline & Focusmate

Have no editorial comments on how the app works because I can’t. I downloaded the app and the screen just tells me about the app. But there’s no buttons to push. I track my weight weekly, remind myself to do a face yoga on weekends, and I’m trying to do a digital detox once a month. It’s great to see my progress in the last couple of months with charts.

It made me able to track my progress about staying away from bad habits and having discipline in good habits. The user interface is also great. Colors are nice and easy to use.
