The old app was clunky but functional. This app is completely unusable. I had to reset my password, then got locked out and my account suspended when I tried to use the new password. Genuinely having to use another barbers as I couldn’t make a booking.
Terrible app. Nothing wrong with the previous one. I can’t even log in anymore to book an appointment. The app was one of the most convenient part of HQ barbers. Pointless now
Having used the previous app without problems for the past year I downloaded this one. Sadly it tells me that my card address or postcode don’t match so I can’t book an appointment.
