If I could uninstall this app from existence, I would. Being forced to download HEPIQ just to access my own results?… The app itself? A complete joke. Laggy, clunky, and outdated UI that looks like it was made in a rush during someone’s lunch break. Ridiculous paywall (66,000 IQD) for results — as if we haven’t already paid more than enough. Glitches and login issues every two taps. Random pop-ups, slow loading, and overall zero usefulness outside of its extortion feature. HEPIQ isn’t about helping students — it’s about squeezing them dry. Instead of providing services that support learning, this app just adds another layer of frustration, financial pressure, and disrespect. To the developers: If this was your final project, I hope your instructor gave you a zero. If this is your “service to education,” you’ve done the opposite. If I see another “update,” I expect it to delete itself permanently.

An app full of errors and problems that has withdrawn money from some students without activating their memberships — not to mention the exaggerated annual subscription fee, the destination of which is unknown, and why it was imposed only on students of private universities and not public ones, despite the already high tuition fees they pay. If it weren’t for the ministry requiring us to activate our accounts on the app, no one would have downloaded it due to this exploitation and discrimination.
