I tried the HEPIQ app, but it was truly disappointing. The app isn't free as expected-it charges a fee, making it less accessible to students. Furthermore, it doesn't offer real value or useful features that meet our academic needs. The registration process is complex and sometimes doesn't work properly. There are also errors in personal information that are difficult to fix. Overall, the app seems to add more problems rather than help. Suggestion: Please make the app free or reduce its fees, fix the technical issues, and focus on features that provide real support to students. Please delete the app because it is riddled with technical problems. It also requires 66,000 Iraqi dinars from each student, and not all students have the ability to pay. The app requires continuous internet access (meaning the SIM card must be connected, which also requires payment). This means that services are mandatory, and this violates Iraqi constitutional law.

Unfortunately, this app was a big disappointment. At first, it seems like a free educational tool with useful content, but very quickly you realize that most of the important features are locked behind a paywall. It feels like they’re using the idea of “free education” just as a marketing trick to attract users, then force you to pay if you actually want to learn anything meaningful. This feels like exploitation, especially since education should be accessible to everyone — not just those who can afford to pay. I hope the developers can be more transparent from the beginning and offer real, valuable free content instead of just pushing paid subscriptions under the disguise of a free app.
