MySP AI face recognition error
Your MySP AI app is slow and not user-friendly. The search function requires typing the full school and student name. Your face recognition camera tools frequently fails to detect my child’s face, even under good lighting and proper positioning. Due to these repeated detection failures, the system has incorrectly recorded my child as absent on days when she actually attended school.
