I have long Zoom and Teams sessions with clients every few days. OtteNotes does a much better job of transcribing and summarizing than if I relied on my scribbled notes. One caveat: a single transcription can fill 5+GB of space on your phone. You need to monitor that and delete regularly.
The program promises to develop bullet points summaries of conversation conversations, but it is impossible to do that. it also is impossible to communicate in any fashion with anyone there. Everything takes you in circles after circles after circles.
