I am trying since 2 days to upload different audio files and every time they open, regardless of which one they are they start by saying it is at 40% and there they stay

Tried for two days and, although it recorded, it wouldn’t turn the notes into bullet points, summarize, etc. nothing on the Create menu worked. I will be stopping payment on this app
