The hospital has made this mandatory, having their patients sign multiple consent forms via their APP, which only works if you are in their Hospital WIFI, except it does NOT work. After trying over an hour, I left the hospital after all my pre-surgery tests, and then I called their counter to ask, and they told me that this APP is no longer in use but somehow their own outpatient department is still unaware and instructing hundreds if not thousands of patients to attempt to use this APP that does not work fully. It is such a waste of time and a disgrace in terms of technology for Taiwan.
