If you try to contact support, expect something along the lines of “we will check and get back to you”, just to never follow up. Additionally, my account was fully suspended from betting after I made $500 profit. Every time I tried to place an entry, it was immediately refunded. Their support in-app support was of no help, and they directed me to their email. Their email support continued to say “we will get back to you”, just to never provide a valid explanation. Do yourself a favor and avoid this app…
