Upcar - Car Rental Platform

Upcar is incredibly easy to use and offers a smooth, straightforward experience from beginning to end. The platform is intuitive, the process is simple, and everything works exactly as expected. In my experience, it is even better and more convenient than Turo. I highly recommend Upcar to anyone looking for a reliable and hassle-free car-sharing platform!

Signed up as a host on Upcar and the experience has been extremely frustrating so far. The app calendar dates do not work properly, making availability management difficult. I was also unable to create message templates, and despite sending several messages to support, I never received a response. On top of that, booked trips were cancelled without any explanation or information provided. Payments are extremely delayed — hosts may wait almost a month after the trip ends to receive funds. I also submitted a toll invoice after a month and a half, and it was refunded/rejected without any reason or communication. Overall, poor support, unreliable systems, and lack of transparency make this platform very difficult to recommend for hosts.

Very easy to use. After using Turo for 8 Years they, I find this app faster, better, cheaper. Highly recommended.
