This app stole my money. They gave me a free 5$ bet when I first signed up. So I put it on a game and I win. So when I go to withdraw the money it tells me that the money is not redeemable so I try looking for customer support and the app literally has NOOO customer service! No live bot chat, no phone number, no email, no address of the company NOTHING AT ALL!!!. So finally I find out that the money I won turned into “Gwin cash” so basically I had to play with that money at least one time before I can claim any of it. So I go and put it all on one game and hit for 95$. I go through the withdrawal process and it tells me I should get it no more than a week. So I wait. A whole month passes by and they finally send me a message saying that I needed to verify my identity. I do that whole process too and they tell me they couldn’t verify and took all my money on my account. SCAM APP!!! DONT DOWNLOAD

I’m adding to my previous review because they’ve not only flagged my payment but are asking for photos of my license, debit cards, my social security card, and other documentation that licensed platforms would never do. They don’t use plaid which is a red flag immediately. Plaid is a trusted platform to source identity and banking information, instead they want pictures of everything you’ve ever been told not to send someone. Sketchy app, don’t trust them. They claim to reach out to support but when you do there isn’t even an email address to write to. Going to reach out to Apple to try to advocate the removal of this app I used their $5 bonus bet and won over $90 but when I tried to withdraw I was told I have to play all my money on a prop of -500 or more to be able to receive it. I drop all $97 and win over $120, haven’t seen a dime of the withdraw, no emails asking for information, and their support team is unreachable. I reached out to them just for it to move me from their site to my email in which the receivers email was “email” definitely doing my part to get this app off Apple. Tired of scammers who can’t afford to pay people their winnings but will gladly take our money

I rated 5 stars to be seen! The promo I was offered when I signed up was not what I received. And second I ended up winning (a very small amount) and when I attempted to cash out they were asking for concerning personal information from me.( picture of my debit card front and back when I was withdrawing into my pay pal account, a picture of my social security card, my passport or photo identification . Which the photo identification is fine but not my social and a picture of my debit card when I wasn’t even withdrawing to my debit card) I refused to give them my social picture or debit card photo. I did send my drivers license but I was denied my winnings and they closed my account. This app is a fraud! Do not use!
