Ive reached out to so many of yalls employees and social platforms and even email but nothing, the main issue that im having right is now matter what i do when i to try update the 530 dsp i try and go to the link to get the file and it just redirects to home page ive used the barcode and the official video, the link under the product page and it still redirects me please fix this bc i have waited for this radio it came in and i was excited to use it but i cant even updated it, i want to install it but there would be no point if i cant use it correctly

I absolutely love this app and the radio, it’s great really. I fully recommend buying the radio and getting the app. Anyways, here’s the issues so far. Don’t let this be a dealbreaker! 1. A USB drive and plan to skip foward or backwards in the song and plan on going through different folders via the app. The radio don’t even let you, it just needs an update and it’ll be set! 2. HPF/SUBSONIC FILTERS/BRIGHTNESS/Channels combing. The subsonic filter-Hz option on the radio sets the HPF-Hz to whatever you choose as the subsonic. That sounds weird. I know. Just try it for yourself. Set the subsonic on the radio for channels 7-8 to your desired setting, then go check the HPF in the app. In my case, this makes the radio have super quiet bass unless you manually go in each time you turn your radio on and off and turn the subsonic up and back down. That’s not a dealbreaker the radio is great other than that. Unless you want your front left and front right speakers (1-2) to play different. For some reason it combines the sound. A option to turn off the channels would be great to for everyone who don’t have 8 speakers lol. A brightness option would be cool to, the radio is super dim on yellow and white and all other colors unless it’s dang near dark.
