The app is well done in many ways. The workouts are laid out well and training videos make them easy to use. The major issue I have is this is a workout app that doesn’t connect with the apple activities/health functions. That means you get no indication of having worked out or your training/recovery levels for anything done in this app.

I was excited to try this app as Don’s workouts are second to none and I needed to change. That being said this is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. It’s extremely buggy and missing basic workout tracking features that you can get in free apps. It really seems like Don just had his people throw this together and put it out so that he could sell his workouts.
