Have never come across an app that’s had an update as poorly executed as this. I’ve given it a couple months now and it’s still as bad as it was on day one. So clunky and difficult to find the info we need. The inaccuracies with the account are off the scale! I just purchased two power packs to get my account paid up to date and instead of owing just over $200 before purchased the packs, it’s now saying I owe over $400 but I JUST credited the account by almost $300. The level of frustration many of us have with Powershop over this….coupled with the shockingly poor communication…I’m surprised we haven’t all run a mile. I had patience while you ironed out the issues but now I’m going to start the process of finding a better company as Powershop has hit rock bottom

Powershop changed systems. I patiently waited for the update to the app. The email said “this will take several days … don’t login ….wait for the green light” - this was now over a month ago and I’m still waiting on the green light that will take “several days”. Now there's a new app but I didn't know about it? I only found it by chance because I had a standard power charge applied , also at a massive increase in cost month on month - not that I can see my bill for the previous month. I missed power packs. I now have triple the amount I'd normally pay for power due this month, although I don't know when it's due either. The new app is so clunky, nowhere near as user friendly. I'd like to part pay my bill to split it up as it's bigger than normal, but there's no option for that with card payment. What is going ooooonnnnnn guuuuyyyyyssssss. Have you changed management, are there job cuts? Are you okay? I love Powershop but now I feel it might be time for a change :’)

Powershop is only as good as the packs you can get. Push notifications don’t work, even using the test notifications function it doesn’t send through any notifications. It has me thinking that if you’re on to it with savings they put you on a block list — it’s been ages since I’ve seen a notification. Whats going on Powershop?!
